ONETeam was founded during the 2010 U.S. Decennial Census project, which required the collaboration of geographically dispersed teams, working on a short timeline, to deliver a successful product. ICS’s Human Capital division worked closely with the IT staff to determine what kinds of services could be of value to these teams while they worked on site. Some examples included bringing HR staff to the site, weekly catered get-togethers, and recognition ceremonies, used to promote of community—or ONETeam.
Our approach to ONETeam leads to exceptional performance results and allows us to build deeper relationships with our clients. ICS is now expanding its offering to include commercial clients as well.
Our Unique Screening Process
When screening candidates, experience is considered a primary requirement; however, a successful applicant’s background must be augmented with relevant education and training, excellent references, and effective communication skills.
Three or more staff members interview potential employees, with at least one interviewer having the technical skills directly related to the job requirement. A candidate’s résumé and references are researched prior to finalizing a recommendation for hire. Once approved, the candidate will officially be made an offer and will begin at the earliest possible date.
