SHIELD is designed to support the Golden Dome initiative and enables the rapid execution of mission-critical efforts supporting layered homeland defense. This enterprise contract vehicle allows MDA and other Department of War (DOW) components to efficiently compete and award work under a single framework, significantly reducing acquisition timelines for homeland missile defense capabilities.

ICS-Nett, Inc has received a Prime Contract award for the Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation Blanket Purchase Agreement (ITSSS-2) Small Business. ICS will be providing essential Information Technology (IT) support services to the FBI under the BPA. This is the follow-up BPA to the original ITSSS vehicle and enables the FBI to continue obtaining critical IT services efficiently for the next generation of FBI IT solutions.
