ICS Nett is a prime for WMATA Communication Cable Improvement. Earlier in 2014, we were prime for the WMATA SmarTrip® Regional Customer Service Center (RCSC), ICS Nett developed and implemented emerging and real time technologies, starting a national trend for modern day call centers. This multi-award-winning contract brought both real time reporting and communication capabilities along with the introduction of self-service customer support for all Metro riders, including those in need of ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) assistance.
